This application will be processed by random draw, not by “first come, first served” basis. |

One applicant may apply only once through the internet from PC or mobile phone. One applicant may apply for up to four (4) single tickets for one match and able to make three choices in order. |

Credit card payments or e-money ”Chocom” are accepted. Ticket fees will be billed immediately on the designated credit card when those who are selected by random draw. Applicants will have the total amount of ticket purchased and service fees charged to the credit card. Applications can not be changed or canceled. |

Ticket purchasers are required to pay Usage Fee of PIA System (JPY210 per ticket) and Service Charge (JPY240 per a ticket). |

The notification of the results will also be e-mailed to the applicants. |

| Tickets may be posted (postage fee:JPY600) or can be issued at Stores, Ticket PIA stores or Family Mart, through “Digi-poke” service (issuance charge:JPY100 per a ticket). Access http://t.pia.co.jp/guide/hikitori.html for details. |
