Q
Are application and seat number assigning processed on "first comes, first served" basis?
A
Ticket application will be "first comes, first served" basis. Application will be closed once the tickets are all sold out. There may be cases to start the sales again even if certain categories of tickets have been sold out during the Final Phase of Ticket Sales.
Q

Q
What kind of credit card do you accept for the payment?
A
It depends on each ticket office. Please inquire each ticket office for details.
Q
Can I select either home side or away side when I apply for the tickets?
A
We can not take these requests, for there is no home and away system for this competition. At the moment, the side of the teams for each match has not been decided. The teams listed above of each match fixture will be on the left side of the stadium from the main stand, and the teams listed below of each match fixture will be on the right side. But there may be cases where this will be changed in accordance with the operations. Seats for the supporters are to be located accordingly. However, basically you cannot select the area when you apply for tickets.
Q
Can I select the area such as main/back stand, upper/lower level in the category?
A
The seats will be assigned by random draw. You can not select your seat numbers or areas in the category when applying for tickets.

Q
Can I change or cancel my application?
A
Applications can not be changed or canceled for any reason whatsoever.
Q
Can I apply for tickets by mobile phone or PHS?
A
The telephone number that starts from "0570" may not be connected from some mobiles or PHS. For details, please contact the telephone company. If you have further questions, please contact us (fcwc-ticket-e@pia.co.jp) by email. (English only)

I lost my tickets. What should I do?
A
We're afraid that the tickets will not be reissued for any reason whatsoever, as written in the Terms and Conditions, and you will not be allowed to enter the stadium without a ticket.
