What is Prestige Ticket? |

Prestige ticket is a package of two tickets good for M6 & M7 (3rd/4th Place match and Final) with privileges. Privileges are the following. Two (2) Category 1 seats located in the centre of back stand area, Complimentary gift of Official Programme and Official good, Parking Ticket in the stadium and Exclusive Buffet Meals served at the restaurant next to the stadium. |

How many packages of Prestige Tickets will be sold? |

100 packages of two tickets each, 200 tickets in total. Prestige Tickets will not go on sale in the final phase. |

How many tickets can I apply for each application? |

The prestige tickets can be applied only once for up to 2 packages. It will be a package of 2 tickets and we cannot accept single or 3 tickets application. Prestige Tickets will not go on sale in the final phase. |

Why do you sell Prestige Tickets in a package of two tickets? |

Prestige ticket has a privilege of Parking Tickets. Because the parking area in the stadium is very limited, it was difficult for us to make prestige ticket for a single person. Also from the administrative point of view, of the Exclusive Buffet Meals on the match day, we decided it was the best to sell the ticket in package of two tickets, and up to 2 sets per application. |

The seats will be located in the centre of back stand area at the 1st level. |

When will I know my seat number? |

Seat numbers will be notified upon delivery of tickets. You will find your seat number printed on the ticket. |

Please note that the seats will be assigned by random draw. |

What should I do if my address is changed after the application? |

We are sorry, but your tickets are already on the process of delivery. It is not possible to change your shipping address. Please make sure to the local post office with the change-of-address notice. If your tickets return to our centre, we will contact you. Please give us your new address and contact number.

Can I change my shipping address? |

How can I receive the combination tickets? Are the tickets delivered together or by each match? |

All the tickets for each combination will be sent together in each envelope.
Tickets purchased during the world wide sales in August were sent by Delivery-certified mail from 12 Oct.

I lost my tickets. What should I do? |
|
|
A |
We're afraid that the tickets will not be reissued for any reason whatsoever, as written in the Terms and Conditions, and you will not be allowed to enter the stadium without a ticket. |

I tore (or separated) my ticket. What should I do? |
|
|
A |
If you completely separated the stub from your ticket, admission to the stadium is canceled. And if you tore the stub completely even by mistake, tickets will not be reissued and you will not be allowed to enter the stadium with such tickets, as written in the Terms and Conditions.
In case of some part of your ticket or stub are torn, we cannot say whether your ticket is still valid or not by telephone. Please take it up with an attendant at the gate on the match day.
