How do I confirm that my purchase online has been successful? |

The result of your ticket application will be notified via e-mail within 72 hours. The e-mail may take some time to reach you, depending on the conditions of the internet connections. We ask you to wait for a while to receive your confirmation. Please note that there may be cases where tickets are not available, although your application is completed. |

When can I get the tickets? |

Tickets will be issued at the applicable venue on the respective match day, and the purchaser will be asked to present his/her credit card used to purchase the ticket(s), passport, and/or other forms of ID. Details on the ticket issuance will be informed to all purchasers by e-mail. |
