Please check that all the conditions are met before you apply.
We understand that you agree with following conditions as you apply.
December 2nd show is THE ONE exclusive show. Therefore, we check your THE ONE ID at entrance.
Only THE ONE members or newly registered who win the tickets are allowed to enter. If you cannot make it on the day or cannot afford, please do not apply.
We check your THE ONE ID membership upon your application of the concert tickets. If your registration is not complete, you cannot apply for the concert tickets. Thus, we advise to finish THE ONE ID registration in advance.
We will inform show safety instructions two weeks before the show dates, so please check details.

[The Three Sacred Treasures...]

Three Sacred Treasures is dress code for attendees of this initiation.
You will receive "the Three Sacred Treasures" package at the venue. You are required to wear them from the beginning of the initiation.
Please understand that you will NOT receive the Three Sacred Treasures without tickets and not participating in the initiation.
We will announce where you get the package later.

[Who is Golden Fox]

Your birthday must be between April 2nd,1997 to April 1st,2005.
You are not allowed to enter if you are not in the age group. Please make sure that the condition is met before you make the purchase.
In the case that the purchaser does not meet the specific conditions and wins the ticket, we reserve the right to refuse admittance
A valid photo ID is required at entrance. Valid photo ID:PASSPORT.

[What is Golden Fox Parent and child tickets]

Pair tickets available for family. Guardians must be 20 years old or older / Children must be from 4 year old to before elementary.
Guardian who is older than 20 years old must enter with children.
Children are prohibited to enter without guardians for your safety.
You are not allowed to enter if you are not eligible.
A valid photo ID is required at entrance.
Please check if you can bring the valid photo ID before you apply for the ticket.
Valid photo ID:PASSPORT.

[Important Notice]

Multiple entries for the same show / seats cannot be applied. If there are multiple entries, the last entry will be valid.
There is no guarantee that tickets will be received to all applicants due to popularity. Please be aware there may be a possibility that your order will not be placed for all performances applied.
Applications cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds will be accepted after obtaining tickets.
Announcements for how to pick up tickets will be noticed via e-mail a week prior to the performance to those who have their orders placed.
Applicants are strictly prohibited to apply and purchase tickets for resale or transfer.
No change, cancellation or refund will be made despite any circumstances except natural disasters and inevitable accidents.
Once resale or transfer is detected, we reserve the right to restrict or deny privileges for purchasing tickets through THE ONE to those who violate this policy.
In case of cancellation of performances due to natural disasters or inevitable accidents, tickets will be refunded after you contact us for a refund within a specific period. Please note that no refund will be made if tickets are worn-out, lost or become illegible due to stains.
In case of cancellation of performances, service charges, mailing costs and travelling expenses will not be refunded.
Ticket prices will be billed to your credit card in Japanese yen. The actual price billed in local currency will depend on the exchange rate applied by the credit card company. If you want to know the settlement amount, please contact your credit card company.
Fees will be charged upon orders being placed.

[Block reserved ticket]

A ticket for arena standing is just a block reserved exchange ticket.

You will know your block number at the exchange stand.

Please enter according to the number you are given. “Block reserved ticket” indicating your block number will be issued at entrance.

[Reserved seating exchange ticket]

Tickets for reserved seating is seating number exchange ticket.

You will know your seat number at the show.

Your seating number ticket will be issued at entrance.

[Attention]

For technical reason ,we may refuse your entrance if you are late. Please be on time.
So, we advise to plan ahead.
For safety, we will check your belongings.
We advise to bring minimum staff or use locker or clerk at the venue.
