The results for whether your order has been placed will be sent via e-mail around 6PM on October 19th (Wed) to the e-mail address used for applying for the exhibition.

[Important Notice]

Multiple entries for the same date and time cannot be applied. If there are multiple entries, the last entry will be valid.
There is no guarantee that tickets will be received to all applicants due to popularity. Please be aware there may be a possibility that your order will not be placed for all dates applied.
Applications cannot be changed or canceled. No refunds will be accepted after obtaining tickets.
Applicants are strictly prohibited to apply and purchase tickets for resale or transfer.
No change, cancellation or refund will be made despite any circumstances except natural disasters and inevitable accidents.
In case of cancellation of exhibition due to natural disasters or inevitable accidents, tickets will be refunded after you contact us for a refund within a specific period. Please note that no refund will be made if tickets are worn-out, lost or become illegible due to stains.
In case of cancellation, service charges, mailing costs and travelling expenses will not be refunded.
Ticket prices will be billed to your credit card in Japanese yen. The actual price billed in local currency will depend on the exchange rate applied by the credit card company. If you want to know the settlement amount, please contact your credit card company.
Fees will be charged upon orders being placed.Please make sure all credit card information is entered correctly. In case there is a mistake in the information, the tickets will become cancelled.
No re-entry is permitted for any show.
