-The maximum number of order for MOSH'SH SEAT is two per THE ONE member.

[Important Notice]

Multiple entries for the same seats cannot be applied. If there are multiple entries, the last entry will be valid.
There is no guarantee that tickets will be received to all applicants due to popularity. Please be aware there may be a possibility that your order will not be placed for all performances applied.
Applications cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds will be accepted after obtaining tickets.
Announcements for how to pick up tickets will be noticed via e-mail 2 weeks prior to the performance to those who have their orders placed.
Applicants are strictly prohibited to apply and purchase tickets for resale or transfer.
No change, cancellation or refund will be made despite any circumstances except natural disasters and inevitable accidents.
Once resale or transfer is detected, we reserve the right to restrict or deny privileges for purchasing tickets through PIA to those who violate this policy.
In case of cancellation of performances due to natural disasters or inevitable accidents, tickets will be refunded after you contact us for a refund within a specific period. Please note that no refund will be made if tickets are worn-out, lost or become illegible due to stains.
In case of cancellation of performances, service charges, mailing costs and travelling expenses will not be refunded.
Ticket prices will be billed to your credit card in Japanese yen. The actual price billed in local currency will depend on the exchange rate applied by the credit card company. If you want to know the settlement amount, please contact your credit card company.
Fees will be charged upon orders being placed.
