The results for whether your order has been placed will be sent via e-mail around 18:00 on Saturday, 13th May to the e-mail address used for applying to BABYMETAL THE FIVE FOX FESTIVAL in Japan Application.

All purchases are to be made by credit card.

[Important Notice]

• Multiple entries for the same seats cannot be applied. If there are multiple entries, the last entry will be valid.
• There is no guarantee that tickets will be received to all applicants due to popularity. Please be aware there may be a possibility that your order will not be placed for all performances applied.
• Applications cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds will be accepted after obtaining tickets.
• Announcements for how to pick up tickets will be noticed via e-mail 2 weeks prior to the performance to those who have their orders placed.
• Applicants are strictly prohibited to apply and purchase tickets for resale or transfer.
• No change, cancellation or refund will be made despite any circumstances except natural disasters and inevitable accidents.
• Once resale or transfer is detected, we reserve the right to restrict or deny privileges for purchasing tickets through PIA to those who violate this policy.
• In case of cancellation of performances due to natural disasters or inevitable accidents, tickets will be refunded after you contact us for a refund within a specific period. Please note that no refund will be made if tickets are worn-out, lost or become illegible due to stains.
• In case of cancellation of performances, service charges, mailing costs and travelling expenses will not be refunded.
• Ticket prices will be billed to your credit card in Japanese yen. The actual price billed in local currency will depend on the exchange rate applied by the credit card company. If you want to know the settlement amount, please contact your credit card company.
• Fees will be charged upon orders being placed.
• Each show has its own specific conditions which purchasers must abide by. Please make sure that all of the conditions are met before you make the purchase.
• In the case that the purchaser does not meet the specific conditions and wins the ticket, we reserve the right to refuse admittance.
• You have to pay 500JPY for 1 Drink ticket at the entrance on the day.
