Ticket fees will be billed immediately on the designated credit card upon the acceptance of the order. The total amount of ticket purchased will be charged to the credit card in Japanese yen. The actual amount charged in local currency will depend on the exchange rate applied by the credit card company. Please also note that the actual day the charge will be made depends on the credit company.

Tickets will be sent to the address entered at the time of purchase by Delivery-certified mail ("Haitatsu kiroku yubin") from the beginning of November. In case of change of address, please notify FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2008 presented by TOYOTA Ticket Centre by Wednesday, 1 October. If change of address occurs after 1 October (Wed), please notify the post office.

Tickets will be issued at the venue on the match day. Purchasers will be asked to present the credit card used to purchase tickets, passport and /or other forms of ID. All purchasers will be informed of details of the ticket issuance by e-mail.
Purchases can not be changed or canceled.
Organiser is liable to notify of the change or cancelation of the events, and Centre is not responsible about those change or cancelation of the events. However, Centre may perform refund duties as a deputy to Organiser. Purchaser must apply for refund during the period setup by the Organiser, otherwise purchaser will not receive refund. Purchaser will be reimbursed for the face value of the ticket only, and no other fees such as charges for service, traveling expenses, accommodation fees, or communication charges.
