Fill in an order form at the Electronic Ticket PIA shop
During the sales period, you can find an order form of FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2008 presented by TOYOTA at all Electronic Ticket PIA shops. Please fill in all the necessary items on the order form, including your choice of tickets, and mailing address to which your tickets will be sent.

Please pay both ticket and postage fees.
After you complete the order form, a shop clerk will check availability of your tickets. Once your order is confirmed, you will be asked to pay the ticket fee plus postage (800yen, tax inclusive) per each order.
*All tickets will be mailed later. Although you will be asked to pay at the counter, your ticket will not be issued at the shop.

Make sure to receive your ticket confirmation and copy of the order form.
After payment, the shop clerk will give you your ticket confirmation and copy of your order form.

Tickets will be sent by post.
Your tickets will be sent to the address entered at the time of purchase by Delivery-certified mail ("Haitatsu kiroku yubin") from the beginning of November. In case of change of address, please notify FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2008 presented by TOYOTA Ticket Centre by Wednesday, 1 October.
If change of address occurs after 1 October (Wed), please notify the post office.
