[The Result For Application]
By 6:00pm on Friday 28th Nov, the result of the prize draw for tickets will be sent to the e-mail address that you registered at your entry whether you obtain tickets or not.
If you can't receive the result mail by 4th Dec(Thur), please contact us by e-mail until 11th Dec(Thur).

All purchases are to be made by credit card.
Tickets purchased throuth this site will be held at Will-Call on the day of the concert.
Details for pick-up will be sent by e-mail. Tickets will not be mailed to any address.

Applications can not be changed or canceled. No refunds will be accepted after you obtain the tickets. |

We will announce how to pick up the tickets only to the purchaser by two weeks prior to the each day of the show. |

Applicants are strictly prohibited to apply and purchase tickets to resell or transfer. |

All sales are final. No refunds will be accepted for any reason. |

No change, cancellation or refund will be made despite any circumstances except natural disasters and inevitable accidents.

In case of cancellation due to natural disasters and inevitable accidents, tickets will be refunded after you contact us for a refund within a specific period. Please note that no refund will be made if your tickets are worn-out, lost or become illegible by stain.

In case of cancellation, only face value of tickets will be paid back. Service charges, mailing costs and travelling expenses will not be refunded.

If you don't pick up your tickets of "BABYMETAL" on the day of the show, next time when you order, there will be disadvantages, please note.
Please note that if you don't pick up your tickets of "BABYMETAL" on the day of the show, there can be less possibility for you to win tickets on next ballot. In that case, neither refund nor transfer to another shows is allowed. |

Tickets will be issued at Will-Call Window on the day of the show. Details of the pickup place will be informed to winning entrants by e-mail that you registered at your entry by two weeks prior to the each day of the show.
Purchasers will be asked to present a photo ID(ex.passport or other forms of ID),
hard copy of the confirmation e-mail.
If you can't receive details of the pickup place, please contact us by e-mail.
